Passengers flying home to the UK from a Greek island have said they suffered fits and panic attacks after they were kept on the plane for three hours with no air conditioning.
With temperatures as high as 84F (29C) on the island of Zante, struggling tourists claim they were given no food or water for hours as the plane waited on the tarmac.
As they waited in the baking cabin they leaned on seats, stripped off and struggled to stay upright, as some of them reportedly passed out.
Airline Thomas Cook has reportedly apologised to holidaymakers, who were on their way back to London Stansted, and admitted it should have let passengers off the aircraft earlier, the Sun Online reports. Source
