Southwest Airlines pilot arrested after bringing gun to STL airport
A Southwest Airlines pilot has been arrested at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. An airport spokesperson says the pilot was arrested at a checkpoint around 5 a.m.
According to TSA, firearms must be unloaded and locked in a hard-sided container and transported as checked baggage only.
It's unclear if the pilot was working. 5 On Your Side has reached out to Southwest Airlines, but have not heard back.Source
