Delta passengers confused as thick fog rolls through cabin for 30 minutes on Florida tarmac
Passengers on-board a Delta flight in Jacksonville were puzzled when the cabin suddenly became engulfed in thick fog.
Cell phone video captured the tense moments on-board the flight, bound from Jacksonville to New York City on August 11th. The smoke began filling the cabin as the plane sat on the tarmac, prior to takeoff. Crew members failed to notify anxious passengers of where the fog was coming from, which lasted for thirty minutes. One passenger stated that crew members even poked fun of the situation calling it a practice for their "Halloween Haunted House. Delta Airlines says that during humid conditions it's common for fog to fill the cabin due to condensation.
Despite the event, the flight made it safely to its destination to New York's John F. Kennedy airport Source
